The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations. The Solutions Business Management teams are responsible for coordinating the various aspects of the business and activities to achieve desired goals and outcomes. Business Management activities range from business planning to financial oversight, management reporting and corporate governance to business administration.About the job:The incumbent will execute and oversee day-to-day operational risk management activities (such as risk and controls assessments, incident capture and analysis, and operational risk reporting), manage deadlines and stakeholder expectations, and lead or participate in projects within his or her assigned areas of responsibility. In carrying these responsibilities, the incumbent must work collaboratively within the OTR team, with other risk & control functions, as well as, with business line management. The incumbent will support reporting and presentations to senior management, the Board Risk Committee, and Regulatory Supervisors.Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively lead efforts to identify and mitigate risk through the assessment of existing processes for assigned business areas and propose process and/or control changes to effectively handle and reduce risk to DTCC
  • Perform independent challenge to First Line of Defense risk management processes and assessments
  • Maintain positive relationships with business partners and other risk and control functions
  • Develop, communicate, and supervise adherence to risk policies, procedures, and standard methodologies
  • Cultivate an environment of regulatory awareness and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support the core risk management corporate initiatives, including but not limited to: Risk Tolerance Statements, Operational Risk Profiles, New Initiatives Office (NIO), Agile Tribes, Issues and Action remediation, etc.
  • Demonstrate and embed the behaviors and competencies that create a risk management attitude in your organization
  • Support ongoing staff education and mentor and develop team members on effective risk management
  • Aligned Risk Managers are responsible for effectively challenging assigned business areas
Qualification:Minimum of 7 years of related experienceBachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Must-have:Experience with Business Risk and Operation Risk
