- 8 Years of experience in Clarify and Tuxedo services with hands-on knowledge on handling Clarify application development and support
- Good knowledge on C and Unix is required.
- Exposure to UDB DB2 and creating queries against the DB is also expected
- Exposure to Splunk tool is added advantage
- Good understanding and ability to handle SDLC lifecycle from Requirement gathering to Production deployment and post production warranty support.
- Handle Incident/Problem tickets, Service request and all application maintenance support activities
- Ability to communicate directly with IT and Business Stakeholders through email and phone is required
- Experience in onsite-Offshore Coordination, delivery to Customers.
