- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT industry
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- At least 3-4 years of extensive experience in administrating IPSoft’s IPCenter/1Desk/Amelia
- At least 5+years in experience in server side infrastructure build/support/management which includes operating Unix/Linux/Solaris Systems
- At least 5+years in experience in Docker/Kubernetes image development & containers management
- At least 3- 5 years’ experience in Unix Shell Scripting, Python, Ruby and Curl
- Strong experience in infrastructure capacity sizing
- Development of automation workflows for L1 Operations Run book.
- Performing DR & FOS(Fail & Stay) for Applications.
- Design, install, and configure network, software, and hardware
- Manage servers and technology tools
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements using AppD, Splunk, Elk etc
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure through access controls, backups and firewalls, etc.
- Manage the upgrade of systems with new releases and models
- Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations as required
- Manage assigned service providers to agreed SLA’s
- Maintain awareness or risks that affect the infrastructure
- Continual assessment of infrastructure and provide rapid remediation of risk as necessary
- Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades and new acquisitions
- Inform management about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades
- At least 5+years of experience in coordinating/leading offshore teams and delivering projects
- Experience in infrastructure runbook Automations is added advantage
