- Industry relevant valid certification (example: Scrum, Project management, ITIL)
- This is a Temporary Remote but need to relocate/ready to work at Onsite when client needed.
- Hiring manager does the initial screening and found suitable for this position and not having valid Certification the candidate should spend 2-3 hours or half day for completing Mandatory Industry certificate before Offering.
- 8+ Years of experience as Senior BA managing IT related projects.
- Hands on experience on supporting projects related to Institutional payments especially Swift and other industry accepted platforms
- Must have knowledge and Experience of SWIFT - MT / MX / ISO 15022 related to Treasury, Setts, Recons, payments exp. Swift messages
- Real time experience on writing, understanding and Interpretation of BRD's and FRD's.
- Complete understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong hold in Swift User Interface - Good to have
- Working knowledge of SQL. - Good to have
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good Co-ordination skills with multiple teams and senior stake holders.
- Knowledge of Scrum / Agile.
