Roles & Responsibilities:• Analysis of existing Business System and Process of Client Applications.• Interacts with Management and business stakeholders for the requirements and business solutions.• Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Requirement Management.• Providing functional solutions and creating requirement and functional documents (depending on SDLC methodology BRD,FRD,HLD etc for Waterfall, DTD,SRS etc for Agile).• Clear all requirements and functional flows to Development and QA teams.• Handover requirements to QA and development teams in desired documents.• Should have deep understanding of Banking & Financial services industry and varies systems involved in this domain.• Providing Consulting to Clients.• Sr Consultants should lead and guide other consultants and BAs in team. Qualification Experience:• Financial/Engineering degree, MBA Preferred.• Should have 10-18 years of experience in Financial Services industry and applications.• Should be experienced in defining and writing user stories on JIRA. Mandatory Skills: Capital Markets, Fixed Income, US Securities, Trade Settlement and Payments, SWIFT Messaging, Business Analysis, Requirement Management, Stakeholder management , Excellent Communications, SQL and MongoDB. Desired/ Good to have additional Skills( Not Mandatory): · AWS Cloud Microservices, Mainframe, Payment Engine and RabbitMQ.
