- 5+ years of business analyst / project management experience within a major bank
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, core Market Risk and Finance measures, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, RWA, Capital, etc.
- Experience with conceptual and logical modeling frameworks
- Solid knowledge of data requirements and business data dictionaries
- Solid understanding of metadata requirements and components
- Excellent understanding of semantics and their relationship to business data dictionaries
- Experience with and understanding of Data Quality principles and measurement
- Experience in working with key internal business stakeholders & IT teams
- Solid business analysis and problem solving skills
- Experience in achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly to you (e.g. from clients, from other departments, external suppliers)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Solid organizational and relationship building skills, at all levels
