The primary role of the Client Delivery Services Department (CDS) is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client documents (i ncluding prospectus, trade confirmations, print on demand letters and account statements. The Client Delivery Services Department is seeking a highly-motivated, detail-oriented team player who is capable of working alongside team members to support essential daily operations tasks while minimizing control risks.This role requires the following strengths and capabilities, including:Preferred experience working in middle or back office operations environment and/or supporting a client-centered organization

Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment

Proven track record of reliability and accountability

Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of tasks and demonstrates initiative to resolve issues

Strong sense of teamwork

Adept at prioritization/time-management

Detail-oriented

High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office as well as data analysis & visualization tools (e.g. vlookups, pivot tables, macros, alteryx, tableau etc.)

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Strong problem solving skills

Available to support non-traditional work schedule as needed. Periodic weekend and holiday hours required.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
