Why You Love This Job:

As a member of the Corporate Actions Dividend International Services team, you will perform all routine and complex functions associated with the announcement, classification, and processing of taxable corporate action events and handle exception processing as appropriate within guidelines defined by the management team.

What You'll Do:

Obtain announcement information through vendor services
Allocate entitlements to participants and collects entitlements from agents
Collaborate with participants, paying agents, transfer agents, vendors on a regular basis as well as the Canadian Depository (CDS) and others CSDs
Responsible for conducting, reviewing, analyzing, resolving, and bringing up the results of any manual or automated OFAC screening, Section 311 and other compliance/regulatory related screening conducted by the business unit
Review offering documents to settle terms and conditions of event with subsequent verification with Agent and/or Issuer

Talents Needed For Success:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Products is a plus
