Job Description:

Front office Credit technology group is responsible for building services, applications for the Global Credit line of business in Global Markets. The team is looking for a Data Business Analyst who has prior experience in FICC and understands financial products like bonds and credit default swaps. This role will require the successful candidate to work on data related requirements and will necessitate close partnership with senior business, technology managers and support partners. Ideally, the candidate will have worked very closely with development teams and business users.

With the CRB program, there will be a consistent requirement to store all our data in a clean normalized fashion that is reportable for analytics or metrics computation. A data analyst that can help drive these requirements is lacking in our organization. This role would help bridge that gap

The PM role works closely with FICC ETF desk and manages Tech programs related to ETF trading and business expansion. The current role carries the following key tasks

Position SummaryResponsibilitiesManage front office technology initiatives on trade capture, risk and P&L, regulatory reporting on credit products (Bonds, Loans, Credit Derivatives, TRS & CLOs)Lead a broad range of short, medium and long term projects independentlyHandle budget/finance for multiple initiativesTake the lead on complex regulatory projects (CCAR, CRM, IRC, IDR, FRTB, etc.,) in Credit space.Work with Front Office, Finance, Operations, Market Risk, Model Risk, Quantitative Finance and Horizontal Technology on various retirement, business enablement and regulator initiativesAct as primary sign-off point, coordinating deployment and go live plans with Tech & Support partners

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery - e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.
