TSR is a premier National U.S. Staffing company with over 50 years of staffing excellence.Our client, a leading Financial company is hiring a EUC Remediation Business Analyst on a W2 or One-Man Corp Only Contract basis.Work Location:Jersey City, NJJob Description:Job Title: EUC Remediation Lead Business AnalystResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for assisting in the reduction of reliance on end user computing (EUCs) through identification, development, general program oversight of Global Solutions to remediate EUCs as it pertains to EUC reductions Loans requirements within ISG Data & Regulatory group.The successful candidate will be working closely with the EUC team, to interface the business, translating business requirements into technical requirements and will have strong functional knowledge from banking and financial system.The role will be responsible for data analysis and mapping of a mix of End User Computing systems within banking and financial systemThis exciting role is all about automation and the removal of manual touchpoints for a highly strategic and visible project which affects Client globally -we'd love for you to consider applying if you have the below skills and qualifications and you love being a technical BA:Qualification & Skill sets:Experience with all phases of Software Development Life CycleA strong understanding of end user computing (EUC) systemsSubject matter expert for project initiation phase in the End-user computing domain (EUC)Strong stakeholder engagement skillsOrganize and attend workshops to understand the current state of the EUC service lineProven aptitude for organizing and prioritizing work effectively (Must be able to meet deadlines)Propose a solution and deployment approach to achieve EUC remediation.Hands-on experience of writing SQL queries in multiple database environments and OS; Experience in validating end to end flow of data in an application.Assess the list of packaged applications and define the re-packaging approachUnderstanding of Capital markets (risk management process), Loans / CRMS requiredPrior experience working on no-code automation EUC tools like Xceptor will be an added advantageKnowledge of RPA technology, process automation and engineering will be plus.Advanced MS Office (Access, Excel and PowerPoint), advanced use Business Intelligence/Data Visualization software as Microstrategy, Tableau and of structured languages as Python, R, is a plus.As a technical expert in Python candidate will participate in the elaboration of technical requirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferredPlease contact me directly if you are interested in learning more about this opportunity or to discuss our referral program if you know anyone that may be interested.Regards,Casey QuinnTechnical RecruiterTSR Consulting
