Role: Senior Full-Stack Lead DeveloperLocation: New Jersey, NJ Job Description: Job Description: •10 years of experience on leading Finance or Insurance mobile and web applications.•Hands on full stack lead developer with knowledge on all stages of software development: both front-end and back-end.•Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and time management skills.•Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure transparency of risks or impediments•Work closely with relevant distributed & co-located teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems Ownership, development and management of allocated departmental processes.•Debug and resolve any challenges with the applications•Involvement in full development life cycle. Design, Coding, test, build, QA, deployment and maintenance.•Influence/encourage offshore development team to build solutions with quality and aligned to architecture guidelines.•Work with business partners to understand functional requirements and translate into consumable technical stories•Self-starter and problem solver•Full Stack Developer who is responsible delivering Enterprise Software Applications using Spring Boot, Java, Groovy, Mongo DB, Dynamo DB, Azure functions, Cosmos DB, Azure insight, Node JS, SASS, Bootstrap, ReactJS, EJS template, Redis, RabitMQ, JavaScript, ES5/ES6, Responsive UI, Azure CLI , Istio mesh, Azure Config map, Docker, Kubernetes and Azure .•Experience in development of REST based APIs using Open API Specification and/or creating specifications w/Swagger•4+ years of Cloud experience with Azure and experience in configuring Dev-Ops / continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Maven, graddle.•Design database model, Optimize database performance by fine-tuning SQL queries and creating indexes. Develop and maintain PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Functions• Develop Unit Test cases and improve test coverage for existing code bases•Hands-on experience working with Code Quality and Code Coverage tools/frameworks (e.g. SonarQube, IBM AppScan, veraCode)•Understanding of how to secure Web Applications and APIs using OpenID/OAuth2.0 standards.•Understanding of how to Migrate applications to Server-less Architecture, which are scalable and Secure.•Experience in containerizing the applications using Docker & Kubernetes.•Experience in creating technical specification, software architecture, testing plan, release and deployment documents.• Demonstrated ability to perform code change management by creating branches, merging and software releases using GIT Version Control system.•Experience in Logging, monitoring and Fail over /DR setup•Experience in coding Single Page Web Applications using ReactJS / NodeJS•Excellent written/verbal skills and demonstrated ability to meet commitments under pressure•Works successfully in a team environment and independently as required•Ability to take full ownership of work and show initiative as needed; Committed to hard work and a high ethical conduct•Completed training and Certification on GSSP FrameworkVacancy expired!
