The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) is comprised of multiple global functions that support JPMorgan Chase's businesses in 60 countries, including Global Real Estate, Global Security & Investigations, Global Business & Document Services, Global Supplier Services, CAO Strategic Initiatives, Corporate Aviation, Amenity Services, Firmwide Business Resiliency and Firmwide Business Workforce Strategy. CAO colleagues around the world are helping the company work better, faster, cheaper and safer.The CAO Business Intelligence & Analytics team is responsible for supporting all CAO functions from an insights, analytics and intelligence perspective using various analytical tools and methods to drive business value at the firmwide level.Objectives/Deliverables:Lead the Business Intelligence & Analytics function across the CAO as part of the CAO Chief Data Office function; this role reports into the Chief Data & Analytics officer for CAO and is a critical leadership position
Manage a team of data visualization experts, process automation specialists, data scientists and analytics solutions professionals to create large scale solutions across the CAO and in some cases at the enterprise level; overall goal is to drive value via the use and dissemination of data while reducing costs, reducing risk and increasing process efficiencies
Understand the needs of the organization and key stakeholders as well as act as a relationship manager across the senior leader population of the CAO with the goal of prioritizing a large analytics book of work to enable the functions to execute in an efficient manner
Heavily influence the organizations data strategy and plans to migrate to the cloud as well as tactical plans to uplift the overall data ecosystems
Act as product owner for a suite of over 50 dashboards with nearly 10K monthly users. Ensure overall dashboard product suite is growing user adoption, providing key insights and staying best in class within the organization via dashboard rationalization and modernization
Drive Intelligence automation across the CAO by identifying and prioritizing use cases while ensuring in line with overall strategic objectives
Champion the use of low code technologies to provide stop gap / medium and long term solutions to business problems while reducing overall implementation costs in a rapid manner
Expand the Data science function by identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML applications in order to drive additional value above and beyond descriptive analytics
Qualifications:Undergraduate degree; Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative, computer science, or strategy consulting related field a plus
10+ years of progressively complex experience in data & analytics, program management.
7+ years of people management experience including managing large, global teams; direct and indirect staff
Strong MS Office skills (advanced PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
Strong communication skills. Ability to run efficient meetings while clearly articulating recommendations and solutions at the executive level and translate big picture requirements throughout the team
Experience with data modeling, SQL and comfortable with manipulating large, complex and disparate data sets.
Experience with UI/UX Design. Interest in delivering elegant and functional visualizations to make a noticeable impact for business
Strong understanding of data visualization and creating dashboards / reports in QlikView and/or Tableau
Experience managing team utilizing Big Data, Data Science, Python, R a plus
Demonstrated verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects
Strong organizational skills
