Job Background / Context:We are seeking an experienced leader as Head of Implementation and Program Management in the Shared Technology Organization in Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Technology. The person will lead a highly motivated organization that will focus on the rollout, adoption, onboarding and support of Shared Technology platforms and systems across TTS. The leader will be responsible for setting up a scalable, high quality model for the Shared Technology processes providing cutting-edge technology to TTS application teams.

The person must have a strong technology background in building and/or supporting diverse technologies such as Middleware technologies (MQ, TIBCO, Kafka), Websphere, Tomcat, ECS Openshift, Oracle, ETL technologies etc.

The leader must have strong motivation to drive, lead and be successful in their endeavors with great collaboration and team building skills. He or she must have excellent communication skills. The leader must be dedicated, technically astute, well organized, enthusiastic, and be comfortable discussing issues with business and technical users at all levels. They must have an aptitude for contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead diverse technology teams to help drive customer adoption of key Shared Technology platforms and services including MQ, Websphere, Kafka, TIBCO EMS, NDM, Microstrategy, Ab Initio, Talend, Business Objects etc.2. Provide strategic vision and tactical leadership to ensure rapid scale out and adoption of Shared Technology platforms and services3. Work with partners across TTS Technology to forecast demand of Shared Technology platforms and perform capacity planning of all shared infrastructure. Estimate costs and manage budgets to ensure proactive availability of capacity. Build out a comprehensive book of work for all areas of Shared Technology.4. Design, develop and implement robust, detailed onboarding methodology for each Shared Technology platform or service. This must include providing detailed overview of the onboarding process to each prospective application team. Scope out the complexity and unique aspects of all new implementation as well as expansion of existing applications.5. Build out comprehensive end-to-end process flows, process maps, SLAs, implementation project plans and timelines for each implementation project. Ensure all onboarding is delivered on time and as per SLAs.6. Ensure robust process governance and controls for all new implementation as well as expansion of existing usage. This must include workflows for design reviews, technical analysis, architecture signoffs and stakeholder signoffs.7. Deliver end to end, highly cost effective, technically elegant integrations that can optimally leverage the shared infrastructure and processes while retaining distinct failover, HA and COB capabilities that do not interfere with other applications on the shared infrastructure8. Drive the implementation of comprehensive support processes including production deployment, post-production L3 support with Production Support organization, coordination with central Citi Technology organizations such as CTI etc.9. Ensure continuous focus on scalability of infrastructure, automation of processes, monitoring of transaction volumes, monitoring of key system parameters and collaboration with testing organizations such as Performance Testing to proactively plan for performance management of the Shared Technology infrastructure10. Proactively lead the identification, design and implementation of process improvements in the Shared Technology organization11. Communicate across the organization with business and technology groups to ensure complex problems and situations are understood by all users12. Have strong overall project management, program/portfolio management skills

Key Responsibilities:1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent2. 10 years of relevant experience in technical project management and program management. Consulting experience at a manager level is highly desired3. Deep knowledge of Project Management skills including Agile Development processes. Certification as a PM such as PMP4. Experience in handling communications across business and technology partners at varying levels across a medium to a large-scale enterprise.5. Demonstrate individual leadership with good people management skills along with strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision-making skills6. Ability to build positive relationships in a multi-cultural environment across all levels within IT7. Authoritatively and effectively handle work, time, and resources8. Ability to handle high stress and pressure situations. Demonstrate Strong problem solving and program execution skills9.
