Location: Jersey City, NJ Description: Our client is currently seeking an Infrastructure Support (Advanced)
Description: Domain Expert of the Infrastructure supported and interdependencies § Strong understanding of infrastructure components and how they are tracked and managed in various systems § Technological, Organizational and/or Operational change management § In depth knowledge of the Risk and Controls landscape they manage § Negotiation § Partnership and Influence § Budget/Financial Management including Business Case completionQualifications & Requirements:- 5+ years experiences in followings:
- Configuration, manage and support of Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop up to version 7.15 and 19.12 and includes Citrix Netscaler, StoreFront and Director
- Strong knowledge and proficient on general Windows server technology and environment with Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DFS, Profile Management
- Knowledgeable on VMWare and virtual desktop environments
- Scripting skill with Powershell, Splunk is a plus
- Experienced with application delivery technology such as App-V Responsibilities: Responsible for configuration, management, and operational support of VDI Infrastructure utilizing: Citrix XenApp 7.15 and StoreFront
- Utilizing Citrix Director for performance and trending analysis
- Microsoft AppV for application delivery
- Migration of Citrix hosted applications from Win2008 / XA 6.5 to Windows 2016 / XA 7.15
- Supporting Windows 2016 as the VDI OS platform
- Participate in incident management, problem management and project execution activities.
- Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues, take proactive actions and automate manual operational toil.
- Participate in on-call coverage.
