- PME is looking to hire a Java application developer to work on its regulatory projects. We work in a dynamic environment and expect new joiners to be flexible, self-sufficient and learn our business, our data and our technology stack with minimal supervision
- 8+ years of strong experience in Java programming required.
- Experience with Java EE stack and Spring framework.
- 5+ years of Strong Oracle/SQL skills required.
- Financial securities knowledge and/or experience strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills and enjoys a collaborative environment.
- Flexible, self-starter, fast-learner willing and able to quickly learn new technologies and skills.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Experience with Functional programming like Scala is a plus.
- Familiarity with distributed computing and graph technologies is a plus.
- Experience with enhancing and maintaining mission-critical software in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Experience with functional programming

- Experience with MVEL
- Experience with Instrument reference data is a huge plus
