- Level 1 production support, knowledge of agile

- Proven ability to support to Agile tools
- Detailed understanding of how to configure, administer and support Jira and Jira Align highly preferred
- Prior experience in supporting user community to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Jira /Jira Align/Agile Tools
- Provide hands on support to integrate tools and drive data standards across a suite of tools
- Understand how tools are used for day-to-day work and in Agile events across squads/product areas/domains for effective planning and execution
- Innovative demeanor: encourages others to look at problems in new ways while championing continuous improvement
- Ability to proactively seek out, collaborate and establish relationships with critical partners to ensure integration, coordination & execution of work
- An intellectual curiosity and passion for learning new skills and modeling a culture of continuous learning
- Agile certification, Agile role experience, and knowledge of Scaled Agile Concepts desired
- Proven Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, financial services, or related environment
