Our client, a leading financial company is hiring a KYC Operations Transformation Manager on an initial 12 month Contract. Summary:KYC Operations Transformation Senior Manager is a senior-level position responsible for driving global KYC Operations transformation program. The overall objective of this role is to lead change management of KYC Operations transformation program.Responsibilities
- Lead global work streams in KYC Transformation as part of the overall KYC Operations Transformation program
- Produce and communicate management updates on Transformation program
- Host user sessions and document global KYC requirements
- Drive adoption of change and operational readiness
- Perform program management and business analysis of global and regional cross business operational processes to automate and digitize these processes working with technology partners
- Work with businesses, global and regional Operations and Business teams to understand their processes and technology platforms to understand pain-points and opportunities to automate and digitize
- Liaise with Compliance, Operations and Business senior management within business units supported
- Map current and future state process flows and determine impact analysis of changes
- Consult with users and clients to solve system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and data flow.
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
- Manage User Acceptance Testing coordination including test strategy, test plan, test scripts, test reporting and defect management.
- Liaise with Technology staff to ensure that requirements are understood and that functional and design proposals are fit for purpose
- Support testing cycles including providing test cases, executing test scripts, defect remediation and support UAT and business partner test cycles.
- Understand business priorities, documenting requirements and determining solutions in partnership with the internal teams
- Maintain 'Book of Work' for new system releases and enhancements to existing infrastructure
- Identifying industry KYC best practice and driving project to deliver excellence

- Creating and delivering functional presentations in stakeholder meetings

- 10+ years of experience
- Working knowledge and experience in KYC/AML requirements, procedures and data
- Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel and Access, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Strong Business Analysis, methodical approach to problem solving and data analysis skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience of LEAN, Six Sigma or equivalent
- Experience of defining/documenting business strategies/requirements
- Bachelor's degree/University degree in Computer Science, equivalent degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of the full SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
