Direct Hire Fulltime with Client Fulltime Business AnalystLocation: Jersey City, NJ / Charlotte, NC (Candidates must be local, Hybrid Onsite)Requirement Elicitation and Analysis
- Collect business requirements from business stakeholders using appropriate elicitation techniques.
- Analyze business requirements, confirm its completeness and consistence, and identify cross-functional, regional, and organizational impact and interdependencies.
- Liaise between technical teams and the business users
- Identify requirement development processes, create and manage the plan (tasks, stakeholders)
- Define and maintain business requirements (including use cases) and functional/non-functional
- Document requirements and specifications in enough detail to deliver complete, consistent, easily understandable information to both business and technical teams.
- Communicate requirements and specifications and ensure all (business & technical) stakeholders have a common understanding of requirements and how they will be implemented and obtain sign-off.
- Communicate with clients to gather and document requirements .
- Write business specifications
- Write test plans and conduct testing
- Prepare use cases, test cases and test data
- Perform data analysis
