It is the responsibility of the Professional Nurse to implement the Hospital's Mission and goals through established policies, procedures and performance improvement activities. Implementation of these goals occurs through organization and administration of individualized age specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital. The understanding of the principles of growth and development will be incorporated to assess each patient's age specific needs and determine age specific treatment modalities.Additional RequirementsTo qualify you must have Current New Jersey License as a Registered Professional Nurse. BSN Required. Current BLS Health Care Provider Certification.
