Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited OT program required. Master's Degree or Doctorate preferred. Verification of certification by the NBCOT required. Current New Jersey state license. 1-2 years clinical experience preferred.Additional RequirementsCollaborates scheduling of inpatient caseload in conjunction of supervisor. Demonstrates compliance with inpatient billing process. Demonstrates the ability to identify what the patient/member cultural/educational needs are. Clearly communicate plan of care and goals to patient/caregivers. Provide education and training on recommendations during course of treatment and for discharge planning. Perform timely and accurate billing and documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Makes referrals recommendations for services outside of the discipline. Participates in the interdisciplinary patient/member teaching process. Supervises as needed.
