We are looking for a talented hands-on individual to join our group and manage technology transformation programs within Securities Service Technology. In this position as a PM you will work with application development teams and cross-functional groups to deliver and/or assist on program requirements. The successful candidate will have a proven multi-year track record as a technology project manager in a global environment.This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:10+ years Financial industry experience with exposure to the security services domain including: custody, fund administration, trade services, prime, lifecycle management, investment record, asset servicing, treasury services and reporting

7+ years of project/program management experience within a technology organization doing technology transformation (modernization and/or data center migration)

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution

Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations

Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm globally

Must have a track records of project go live implementations working with various groups

Must have Technology infrastructure or application development experience

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely

Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project

Excellent organizational skills. Must be detail oriented and experienced with providing and assisting with senior management reports.

Good consensus builder; able to drive large scale initiatives

Ability to work across organizations, management levels, and through obstacles

Responsibilities include:Drive delivery to ensure program and projects are on track/resourced

Work with central and product teams to identify and resolve issues/blockers

Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated

Proactively manage dependencies, coordinate across teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks

Assist with reporting project / program status

Assist with organizing required reporting for business and technology management review sessions

Assist with tracking financials related to Technology expenditures including software, hardware and resource allocation
