- RDM Business/Data Analyst.
- Define reference data requirements by working with Product owners.
- Implement and support Strategy for Reference Data Management and Governance.
- Identify reference data dependencies, relationships and inconsistencies across enterprise landscape and establish single authoritative source for each and ensure synchronization of updates.
- Develop effective working relationships with partners, stakeholders, and senior management is critical; this role interacts with the Reference Data Product organizations
- Leading analysis / working group meetings with stakeholders including preparation of meeting materials
- Documenting current state, future state process / workflows
- Contributing ideas and solutions to help shape both tactical and strategic solutions Documenting meeting minutes, maintaining scorecards, project plans, RAID logs and other PMO updates
- Support Reference Data Governance activities on Collibra - Catalog, Audit, Capture of Consumer/Stakeholder/methods and semi-annual recertifications.
- Additionally, support evaluation of POV/exploration of alternative capabilities.
- Experience in the Insurance industry (3+ years) and familiarity with Insurance processes and terminology
- Experience with Data Governance, Reference Data Management, Data Discovery/Lineage, Data Modeling, Data Architecture - preferably in a large P&C Insurance company or other complex Financial Services setting Ability to provide necessary support to enable architects, technical and business system analysts to formulate and implement technical solutions
- Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches
- Experience with reference data management and master data management (3+ years)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Data Quality, Data Lineage, ETL and Discovery tools. Informatica Data Quality and Collibra Catalog Discovery are a plus.
- Knowledge of Exadata, DB2 will be helpful.
- Demonstrated experience with Data Governance Platforms such as Collibra, Informatica Axon/Catalog, IBM Infosphere, Waterline Data, Datastage, Informatica IICS, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is helpful
- High level/advanced proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) Knowledge of other software packages/platforms (e.g. SQL, Informatica, Qlik, Power BI, GIS etc.) preferred
