The candidate needs to work directly with customer and lead all business and design discussions.He/she should have a good communication skill for coordinating with other team members and customer.Candidate is supposed to work with business stakeholders to understand the requirement do a feasibility study and add to the functional designing the plan and configure all the SAP APM/Callidus ICM objects independently.The candidate should also be able to identify test scenarios execute the same document the results migrate the code across the environments provide post deployment support and troubleshoot any issues/defects as required. The candidate should also be ready to take the responsibilities to work with the SAP support directly for any unresolved issues/product bugs.

BGV must be cleared before candidate can start. This is an onsite position.
