About the TeamData Analytic and Client Reporting platform is a cross product one stop shop for all post trade client reporting needs and downstream applications. It provides clients real-time trades, positions, Initial and Variation Margin and ability to reconcile Trades, Positions and Balances with client driven matching criteria. A major ongoing initiative is to build out the a scalable data and reporting architecture to support high trading volumes and new business requirements.Citi Futures and OTC Clearing Technology supports a rapidly growing business that uses technological innovation to maintain competitive advantage in a constantly evolving market. Working closely with the business, external vendors and internal technology teams, you would manage complex projects that will involve everything from incorporating a new functionality within the existing ecosystem, to analyzing new requirements, documenting solutions, managing implementation and testing systems, ensuring that they are fit for purpose. You would constantly work with a range of high-profile stakeholders.Responsibilities Act as Subject Matter Expert to lead project planning, business analysis, producing project artifacts (such as Business Requirement and Test Strategy documentation) and implementing the defined solution in clearing, settlement and execution. Lead a PM/BA team and develop a project framework and project metrics, oversee project timeline and milestones, negotiate the project priority, provide status update, communicate to stakeholders, and issue/risk escalation Owning business/ functional requirements and change requests, documenting solution and managing end to end project delivery Engage with a global data and reporting teams and business partners to create business and functional requirements and solutions. Collaborate with senior global development teams, cross functional teams, business and technology Stakeholders, and QA team to develop, track and report. Led project plans with cross program interdependencies for end-to-end implementation Maintaining Book of Work and facilitating prioritization discussions with key business stakeholders Managing relationship with Business and taking ownership for providing regular project updates to key business and technology stakeholders Communicating key project risks, defining mitigation strategies and managing resolution Provide evaluative judgments based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situationsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputationRequired Skills and Experience: 7 - 10+ years of lead business and functional analysis, influence stakeholders and development teams on business/technical acumen and implementation solutions aligned with project objectives 7-10+ years of relevant experience of system integrations in the financial services ideally in Capital Markets/Brokerage Services area specially in clearing, custody, settlements, securities lending, financing and working in Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office Understanding of the different project methodologies: Agile Project Methodology, Six Sigma, or Software Development Life Cycle or Project Management (PMP) Certification. across teams effectively Excellent communication in both reading and verbal, interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and large global teams, and lead multiple activities and build/develop working relationships Proven ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques and execute test plan Proven relationship management skills to partner and influence across organizational lines Demonstrated ability to be work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines with proactive, decisiveness and flexibility Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly Excellent in defining business strategies/requirements Strong project management and proven delivery to lead large project implementation Strong understanding of database and system integration design and development life cycle Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering preferred Ability to use SQL queries for data analysis, Jira and ConfluencePreferred Skills: Master's degree preferred Understanding of trade lifecycle & trading systems and trade clearing and execution Product design and delivery Data analytics and business reporting design and developmentJob Family Group:TechnologyJob Family:Business Analysis / Client ServicesTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:Jersey City New Jersey United StatesPrimary Location Salary Range:$125,540.00 - $188,310.00Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
