Senior DevOps Engineer - VP

We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer who will lead in the developer operations for the applications that we build as part of the technological transformation of Citis TTS application landscape for the NAM and LATAM regions. The regions currently house 260 applications which are considered Last Mile applications that connect Citi with the external world. As we analyze these applications, we will identify the retirement and consolidation opportunities. This role will be integral in ensuring that the components and applications we build have a full CI/CD pipeline, that all deployments are fully automated, and that application monitoring is in-place.

Responsibilities
  • Work with an agile development team to identify which CI/CD pipelines to build
  • Provision, setup, and maintain infrastructure for our development team
  • Automate the full deployment process (build, containerize, send artifacts to Artifactory/uDeploy, deploy to OpenShift)
  • Add monitoring and observability to our applications
  • Manage Bitbucket repositories and add Sonar/Jenkins integration into each of the builds
  • Support all issues related to build and deployment
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 6+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity, and uDeploy
  • 5+ years of experience with Red Hat Linux environment
  • 3+ years of experience with git, Bitbucket, Sonar
  • 2+ years of experience working with ECS, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes
  • Experience setting up and maintaining messaging queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and
  • Experience with monitoring application such as ITRS
  • Experience with Observability framework such as AppDynamics
Desirable Skills
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus
Education
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
