- knows how to log into LOANIQ and know how to use the system, what are LOANIQ’s capabilities are etc.
- Must have Commercial Lending (AFS) experience
- Must have experience working on the business side
- Leader in Domain and System expertise knowledge in commercial lending and LOANIQ
- Excellent written and verbal
- This resource will be working with the business users to capture what the user needs the system to do. This resource will be a facilitator and liaison between the client and the technology team. For example: if a LOB needs LOAN IQ to do “x” it is up to this resource to understand how to do it, do they have the capabilities to complete it? If not, the resource will need to document the process and the need and give it to the technology team to implement.
