The Balance Sheet Management team, part of Treasury Technology within Finance Technology consists of experienced and talented engineers, who develop and maintain an industry leading model execution, consolidation and reporting platform.We are looking for looking for a talented and highly motivated C# .Net Software Engineer with recent experience in Atlassian Horizon Pipeline (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, etc), and multi-year experience developing financial forecasting applications for large enterprise in a regulatory environment. The right candidate will help deliver new specialized application functionality to the Treasury business to be more effective in forecasting the bank's capital needs, and provide accurate reporting for FR-Y14A, 10Q, CCAR, DFAST, NII, PSH, FTP, IRR and other business & regulatory deliverables.Role OverviewEnterprise Finance Technology's Balance Sheet Management Team is looking for motivated new talent to support operational excellence with best-in-class change-control for an internal application development team. This role will develop software solutions throughout all phases of planning, implementation, delivery and control, complying with Enterprise Change Management Standards. Understands complex finance business needs & technical requirements and ensures all solutions support and conform to business needs and specifications. Acts as a member of a SCRUM Agile team of software developers, quality assurance personnel, and user acceptance testers. Functions with limited documentation and minimal supervision. Has focused awareness of the Enterprise Stress Testing business and functions for which application is designed, and ability to scope and anticipate future needs. Responsible for achieving key target dates, including cross-functional deliverables.Required Skills and Experience we are Looking For:- Extensive experience working in the Atlassian Horizon pipeline (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence etc.)
- Advanced & demonstratable capability in developing C# .NET applications with SQL Server
- Significant experience utilizing Toad for Oracle or SQL-Server
- High competency navigating Bank of America's current Enterprise Application Change Control processes, tools and policies
- Multi-year experience developing financial software in an enterprise regulatory environment
- Commercial experience developing Blazor applications .
- Experience in AB and regression testing enterprise applications .
- Demonstratable capability of UX design
- Analytical skills to support technical and functional analysis with strong communication skills
