The team also offers significant learning and mobility opportunities for career development and future growth.Business Banking Data & Analytics team within CCB Data & Analytics organization is responsible for measuring the effectiveness and driving Chase-for-Business growth strategies across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience. We are seeking a Sr. Associate, Quantitative Analysis, who will be responsible for supporting the Small Business Engagement and Customer Experience improvement initiatives with measurement and monitoring, business case support, impact assessments, and other ad-hoc analysis. This position will support our LOB partners on the design, development, implementation and tracking of their strategic initiatives from a data & analytics perspective. The successful candidate will be analytically/technically strong, will have great communications skills, and a collaborative and resourceful style.Responsibilities Support business stakeholders through data to formulate strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals B uild and maintain KPIs, portfolio trends, dashboards Perform ad-hoc analysis including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to help improve business function performance Partner with the modeling, survey, and other center of excellence teams as needed Build strong relationships with our clients.Required Skills 3 + years of related Analytics experience Bachelors/ Masters in a related field Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to convey complicated mathematical concepts, algorithms and data structures simply Proficiency in SQL Experience with data analysis language(s) such as Python, SAS, R, etc. Experience with dynamic and interactive reporting applications (i.e. Tableau) Experience with Digital and Customer Journey analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, BryterCX is a plusChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
