Direct Hire with Client Role: Desktop Infrastructure Team LeadLocation: Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid Position ( Needs to be onsite for 2 days ) Description
- Leading the team responsible for elevating the Digital Experience of all members of the firm, across various office locations
- Working collaboratively with various stakeholders to understand the Digital experience feature/enhancement needs and drive prioritization discussions
- Develop strategic and innovative solutions to be best in class in technology in the asset management industry, by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance every aspect of digital experience at the firm
- Developing and motivating the end user services and desktop engineering teams with the ability to deliver the roadmap and accomplish team goals
- Planning and Implementation of Digital experience features/enhancements
- Analyzing stakeholder feedback data and proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Standardizing build and rollout of new experiences, paying careful attention to onboarding, training and feedback collection
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new infrastructure solutions to onboard
- Driving pre-release activities to get early adopter customers and feedback to iterate on solutions
- 12+ years’ experience in Desktop Infrastructure, Platforms and vendor solutions
- Strong in execution, with a demonstrated ability of delivering results under time pressure and managing competing priorities with multiple complexities
- Track record of building effective teams, coaching skills to help team members
- Highly metrics-oriented, with a proven track record of commercializing digital platforms, and maximizing customer usage and business impact/revenue
- Innovative - have an “ideas mindset” with an ability to find practical solutions to problems
- Be data driven, with the ability to communicate recommendations using facts and derived information
- Have a highly collaborative style across functional and technical audiences
- Ability to influence and hold others accountable to drive decisions and delivery
- Experience in cost/benefit analysis and prioritization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex ideas and articulate in very clear messages to enhance discussions with all stakeholders, ability to effectively communicate to different types of stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s degree preferred
