Technical Recruiters (Jr/Mid/Sr) Lenmar Consulting is hiring technical recruiters. We are a growing organization built on a strong recruiting foundation and a responsive client base. Responsibilities include:

- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle - requirement analysis, sourcing, qualifying, short listing and hiring.

- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagement.

- Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, university career centers, etc to develop a robust pipeline of candidates.

- Work with client success managers to understand client's technical and cultural job requirements and present candidates in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of IT recruitment experience.

Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with a sense of purpose and goal achievement.

Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed based on changing priorities.

Staffing company experience highly preferred

Candidate must be a motivated and organized team player with genuine interest in the success of candidates/clients.
