Client is looking for very senior profile with leadership in QA wealth management/Investment banking.
Role: UAT Program ManagerDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: NY / NJ preferredExp 10+ yrs This position requires strong leadership, collaboration & influence skills as our strategic programs are global, enterprise wide, and cross-functional in nature. A deep understanding of program and project management, implementation, change management, and release management is required for you to be successful in this role. You must be able to think strategically and plan effectively, be hands on, detail and results oriented, and manage multiple tasks & programs against aggressive deadlines. WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:- Develop and run UAT planning process for strategic programs
- Partner with business leaders across the program to establish, measure, monitor and manage UAT program vison, scope/charter, objectives and time horizon specific targets
- Work closely with program level leadership to align the UAT plan with overall program level schedule
- Actively analyze the UAT program’s objectives to identify gaps or trends and proactively drive solutions that optimize program performance for future UAT activity
- Drive critical conversations and follow through to ensure timely execution of testing and defect resolution. This will include working with senior executive across the business, IT and program office
- Ensure alignment and participation of UAT team in program increments planning and sprint execution
- Establish, design, deploy, monitor and report key leading and lagging performance indicators to ensure real-time or near real-time program transparency for key stakeholders
- Evaluate existing projects and manage the overall UAT intake and demand process calibrating the assessment with governance and leadership Teams to ensure data-driven prioritization of projects
- Orchestrate and own UAT program governance structure that ensures clear and timely decision ownership and optimal program resource allocation.
- Prepare and communicate status reports, dashboards, decisions and ongoing lessons learned to relevant leadership teams and appropriate stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc project management support to other initiatives within WMAP
- Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on program management experience in Wealth Management or Investment banking
- Advanced MS PowerPoint, including the ability to take complex data and simplify it for decision making
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications.
- Advanced problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, and time management skills
- Demonstrated cross-functional, technical Program/Project management skills including planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder reporting with multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Experience with metrics and KPIs
- Facilitation skills in leading and planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
- Active listening skills to ensure feedback drives new initiatives and identifies areas of improvement
- Experience working in a high-growth, collaborative environment
- PgMP and PMP & SAFe Agile certifications are highly desired
