- execute Asset Servicing by product, with ability to synthesize and analyze the issue
- provide appropriate remediation
- provide subject matter expertise as it relates to IMPACT, the core system that captures trades in the Broker-Dealer space
- contribute knowledge in processes related to Fixed Income Securities Settlements, both FED and DTC
- possess deep understanding of IMPACT and reconciliations mechanics
- demonstrate skills with the delivery of specific processes to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of Fixed Income products, including in each of the following areas:
- Age Fail Resolution
- Trade Breaks
- Clearing Pair Offs
- Aged Payables / Receivables
- Resolution of Asset & Cash Breaks
- Minimum 5 years practical experience in Operations, having primary responsibility to provide Broker-Dealer reconciliation and support
- Knowledge of Fixed Income Settlement related to trade lifecycle and associated cash flows
- Subject Matter Expertise with operational processes for Fixed Income product reconciliations
- Analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills to evaluate information
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface with the Operations Team as a team player and strong individual contributor
- Ability to deliver under tight timeframes and produce quality results
- Strong written and oral communication skills, to train on processes.
- Proficiency with IMPACT
