- Lead Delivery/Development team and understand technical architecture to contribute to design discussions with the stakeholders.
- Using Azure cloud services and cloud data platform tools to ingest, egress, and transform data from multiple sources.
- Manage build, release, deployment, and configuration activities of the Data platform.
- Strong understanding and experience with design techniques of relational databases, ETL processing, Data Lake, Data Warehouses.

- Ability to work on complex projects and in a distributed environment.
- Provide hands on assistance to the Team solving complex modules in the project.
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and tools: SAFe, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Ability to work in close partnership with groups across the IT organization (security, compliance, infrastructure, etc.) and business stakeholders in the commercial organizations.
- Contribute to design and implementation of processes, practices and tools enabling data ingestion, processing and analysis in the product development.
- Experience with visualization tools and their application: developing reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards.
- Be part of Data Governance implementation team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Pro-actively engages in experimentation and innovation to drive relentless improvement
- 10+ years of total experience as a Data Engineer with very strong data engineering/data analytics skills.
- Experience in core Azure data components – Data Bricks, Data Factory
- Knowledge on PowerShell scripting and Azure storage concepts (Blob, Gen2)
- Relevant Scripting languages Experience: Python, SQL, Scala, Pyspark
- Experience with commercial / financial / ERP processes.
- DataDog or Splunk for data platform observability & Power BI for Reporting
- Expertise in Data validation.
- Must have lead teams delivering data products and have complete knowledge of lifecycle.
- Demonstrated skill in delivering high-quality engineered data products
- Knowledge of industry standards and technology platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Customer focus and excellent problem-solving skills
