He/she will have a strong background in managing marketing & personalization products in retail, ecommerce or CPG domain. The right candidate will have a fantastic ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to roll up their sleeves in delivering targets.Qualifications- Expertise in product managing personalized marketing campaigns in various digital channels & direct mail
- Deeply curious: you operate with a sense of urgency and always look for new ways to understand our customer’s customers and create value on their behalf
- Biased for action: you make good decisions with incomplete data and are constantly optimizing for learning
- Metrics savvy: you can seamlessly straddle thinking about both the product and the business and are equally comfortable talking about retail metrics and financial targets
- 6+ years of product management, 3+ years of product management working on personalization or marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills: You’re facile with data analysis and have familiarity with Excel, databases, and SQL and running A/B tests at scale
- Excellent communication skills: you communicate clearly and concisely, including with leadership, and can tailor your message to your audience
