  • Assume an invaluable role in ensuring the long-term stability and scalability of our daily processing schedules.
  • Help implementing best practices, industry standards and security measures to ensure that we are continuously improving processes and meeting SLAs.
  • Have the motivation to learn new tools, technologies, and the drive to continuously ensure that the end products are high-performing, highly available, highly scalable and secured that our business partners can trust.
Skills
  • Minimum 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of relevant experience with various Scheduling tools and technologies.
  • Experience in administration of Tidal Enterprise Scheduler platform & providing support for the same.
  • Good understanding of file movement and management through Tidal and external to Tidal using ssh/sftp and putty. Ability to troubleshoot and setup Private/Public key authorization is critical to the role.
  • Hands on experience in installing Tidal Agents & Master components and in performing hot fix installations, Tidal upgrades & migration.
  • Understanding of monitoring options for all jobs, including alerting, messaging and escalation based on application SLAs using Tidal
  • Responsibility for overseeing the restart and rerun of all production jobs
  • Experience creating and maintaining accurate documentation, including all job dependencies, and the development and maintenance of standard operation procedures
Knowledge and responsibility in supporting application developers and tuning of the Tidal infrastructure
