Why You'll Love This Job: Being a member of Integration Management department, you will work directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products. You will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while leading a project plan and executing and coordinating all onboarding activities from pre-sales through \"go- live\" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for Client projects while leading regular project meetings, providing business analysis and project management responsibilities for each client engagement.
  • Elicit Client business requirements, document and develop recommendations.
  • Identify, own and drive complicated issues that arise during client projects and across the team.
  • Identify and provide recommendations for product and process improvements identified during client projects
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide pre-sales support as well as management to define project scope.
  • Proactively validate new product functionality or internal procedures against existing documentation and take vital steps to ensure information is detailed for team.
  • Represent Integration on internal cross-functional initiatives.
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and supervising controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; calls out appropriately
  • Assist with other miscellaneous duties, as requested, by the Integration Manager.

Talents Needed for Success:
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of related experience in preferably in the Regulatory Reporting space
  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters' preferred and/or equivalent experience
  • Regulatory Knowledge (particularly CFTC and SEC)
  • XML knowledge/experience would be ideal
  • VBA and/or SQL an advantage
  • Understanding of sFTP processes an advantage
  • Experience in demonstrating data translation (mapping tools) Desirable

About the Team

The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

The Integration Management team are responsible for managing the safe delivery / implementation of financial product solutions sold, including leading development of customer installation and / or system integration plans whilst maintaining adequate records and systems and mitigating risk.
