Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an CybersecurityProject Manager for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities :
- Program projects management throughout lifecycle
- Requirements coordination across work stream PMs/Leads
- Formalization of projects scopes and roadmaps and roll-up
- Activity planning, sequencing and scheduling guidance/support
- Project change, dependency, and risk management oversight
- Timely Issue alerting and escalation
- Requirements coordination across work stream PMs/Leads
- Advisory: communication and reporting
- Program review meeting coordination
- Preparation of presentation materials for recurring committee meetings, executive reports, and other ad hoc purposes
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 7+ years Information Technology and/or Information Security experience
- Minimum 3 years in a Project Management role
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of security controls, regulations and frameworks
- Experienced with the risk assessment and controls frameworks (e.g. NIST RMF, CSF, 800-53) and able to analyze and assess controls across project portfolio to advise on a risk-informed program roadmap
- Ability to lead and delegate across several project teams across IS (e.g. IdAM, incident response/recovery, data security and engineering, vulnerability mgmt. etc.)
- Outstanding organizational proficiency and time management skills, able to demonstrate rigor and thoroughness while handling multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and in one or more project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira/Confluence etc.)
- PMI-ACP, PMP or similar certification
- Able to speak French, Spanish, or Portuguese
