Job Overview:
  • This person will be responsible for building web pages in our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and play a key role in building out pages and page layouts with input from marketing and digital. They will be responsible for combining the content, images, videos, infographics, etc., in our templates using our components to create compelling and engaging web pages that are optimized for mobile as well as
  • desktop.
  • They will work alongside our UX/UI Specialists and Content Strategists/Project Managers to deliver a variety of web pages to accomplish business objectives.
  • They will also be responsible for the management and governance of enterprise-wide digital assets within the enterprises' Digital Asset Management (DAM) system - ensuring that the assets are displayed properly on the website and taking initiative to resolve any issues.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining web production and end-to-end intake process using our project management system, ensuring timely implementation of deliverables and communication requests
  • Adhering to SOPs
  • Managing requests, feedback, questions and coordinating with internal stakeholders to prioritize and project manage web production activities
  • Developing digital experiences based on the Adobe AEM product suite, including Sites and DAM
  • All pages will be optimized for mobile and SEO optimized
  • Translate marketing and website needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutions
  • Create new pages in AEM using a standard set of page templates, containers and components
  • Client out pages in AEM and populate with content, images, disclosures, etc.
  • Add described metadata appropriate tags to pages
  • Collaborate with UX design team colleagues on any necessary mockups or image assets
  • Cooperate with team members to make any required revisions
  • Optimize web graphics and images using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Work with internal partners and thought leaders (other marketing teams, product management, boutiques, compliance) to build Insights pages/blogs (including perspectives, podcasts, infographics) based on timely updates and collateral
  • Work with external agencies and partners to create and receive assets and images for pages, as well as build a weekly Insights email
  • Build portfolio manager and executive bios from start to finish: collecting information, rewrite bio according to our template and submitting to compliance, sending photo to be formatted, then building the content fragment/image/bio page and connecting to the landing page.
  • Work with internal and external partners to receive daily new or updated assets (documents, images, content fragments), including regulatory, perspectives, and other ad-hoc requests. Must ensure file name and file's internal title properties match our standard, and file in relevant folder
  • Manage asset library by correctly naming, filling out asset properties to defined specifications to they appear properly on the website
  • Responsible for maintaining documentation and generating reporting
  • Lead the daily maintenance and usability of the DAM
  • Maintain and execute metadata and taxonomy structure
  • Ensure proper tagging and asset categorization
  • Ensure literature center is feeding documents properly with important properties filled
  • Ensure product detail pages, regulatory documents page, and other product-related pages are updated when new product literature is published or replaced
  • Stay current on emerging trends in the DAM space
  • Act as the point of contact for DAM troubleshooting and digital asset management best-practices

Qualifications
  • At least 4 years' work experience in digital agency or in-house team
  • Experience working with templates, and components for the Adobe AEM sites and DAM products
  • Experience with Adobe suite of products: AEM, DAM, Analytics, Target, and Photoshop
  • Have knowledge of image web optimization techniques
  • Experience managing DAM with tight protocols
  • Working experience and knowledge of metadata schema's and best practices
  • Working experience of taxonomy and knowledge organization
  • Extremely detail-oriented and deadline focused
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, concise communication and presentation skills
  • Project management software experience
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Knowledge of digital experiences and trends in mobile, web, and other emerging technologies
  • Experience working in a dynamic, cross-functional team and managing multiple projects to successful execution.
