Pharmaceutical Distribution Company has one immediate opening for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative in Freehold, New Jersey. The position will be a temporary full-time position with a possibility to become a permanent, full-time position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing courteous customer service to doctors, healthcare professionals and consumers, as well as, independently managing small projects. Candidates must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment, work independently and use initiative. Must be dedicated, dependable and reliable. Occasional travel is required. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
The job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Handle and Field all incoming calls.
- Receive and Process all customer orders.
- Ensure accuracy of all orders.
- Meet deadlines for assigned projects.
- Prepare and update daily sales reports.
- Generate letters.
- Filing.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience is a plus. Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is a must. Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus.
