Established high end new construction home builder looking for experienced Estimating/Purchasing agent with 10 YEARS OR MORE EXPERIENCE in high end new home residential construction. Motivated, hard working, with organization skills, and attention to detail. Must have ability to do takeoffs, budgeting, cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and payables. Must be fluent in reading complex construction and engineering plans. Must also have knowledge in AutoCAD and Excel. English speaking and reading a must.
