Navesink Country Club in Middletown N.J is currently looking for a banquet and pantry cooks for lunch and dinner service. The job duties consist of preparing all banquet or ala carte menu items according to the specifications set forth by the Executive or Sous Chef's.The kitchen at Navesink Country Club is a predominately scratch kitchen and focuses on teaching employees and facilitating their growth. Knowledge and experience with contemporary cuisine and technique preferred. Resourceful, clean and organized working habits with attention to detail. Excellence in planning and prep, personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude.Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 5 to 6 day work week, including weekends and holidays.
