Position Overview:

The Guest Experience department ensures service excellence through building memorable connections and relationships with our guests. This department and position has a direct impact on the overall guest experience, and is responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction for the entire duration of a guest's stay.

The Job:

-Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

-Providing a great first impression to all guests entering our building

-Greeting and engaging guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring all guest contact is courteous, informative, and thorough providing memorable experiences.

-Maintains knowledge of all hotel services and local activities to provide options to inquiries from Guests exploring the area.

-Assist in providing bellman services both at guest arrival and departure properly securing and labeling luggage.

The People:

-Embody Salt Hotels core values and deliver the Salt Hotels experience for guests.

-Work in a consultative manner with all staff.

-Assist in identifying and recruiting new talent, developing a strong team.

-Ensure a safe, positive and happy work environment aligned with Salt Hotels codes of conduct and core values.
