The Mill Lakeside Manor located in Spring Lake Heights, NJ is looking for energetic servers to join our team. Our team members are outgoing and friendly with an incredible drive for exceeding guests expectations and providing the best possible service. We consider personality before experience when it comes to the valuable characteristics in our job candidates. Candidates must have a very warm and approachable personality with a true desire to be phenomenal at your job. We will teach the proper steps of service to a candidate with the right attitude.
At The Mill Lakeside Manor we pride ourselves in our high-end formal white glove service. We combine this amazing service with a high-energy atmosphere in order to fully encompass a lively, yet still elegant, environment.
This is a great opportunity to work part-time with a flexible schedule mostly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, in a beautiful facility with friendly people and a personally rewarding environment with room to grow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Extroverted with drive for pleasing guests
Cooperative team player
Quality oriented with attention to detail
Attentive with good listening skills
Hospitable and always puts the guest and the service first
Open minded and has a passion to be the best
Must be available at least 2 days most weekends
Must be responsible and always punctual
