Do you love what you do? We are looking for a friendly, professional and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team of committed healthcare professional in our busy periodontal practice. Potential for part-time to full-time schedule.
Patient Schedule Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday 7:30am – 5:00pm
Competencies:
Working knowledge of all aspects of dentistry with a focus on dental hygiene procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Oral Cancer Screening, Medical History Review & Documentation, Review & Documentation of Disease Presence or Progression.
Removal of hard & soft deposits from supra & subgingival tooth surfaces using EMS Piezon® with Hand scaling.
Teach patients about practicing good oral hygiene to improve their health outcomes.
Periodontal charting, Application of Fluoride Varnish, Placement of Arestin™.
Digital Radiographs using sensor technology.
Dentrix software with clinical charting experience.
Requirements:
Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Must have current American Heart Association CPR Certification.
Two years dental hygiene experience preferred.
Local Anesthesia certification is beneficial.
