Legow Management Company, L.L.C., is a family owned and operated real estate investment and management business, spanning three generations and almost fifty years in business. Legow Management Company owns and manages 35 rental apartment communities throughout New Jersey and one in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
We currently have an opportunity for Lifeguards for the 2019 Summer Season at our garden apartment communities in Spring Lake Heights, NJ, Shenandoah Arms and The Manor at Spring Lake.
Licenses / Certifications required for this position:
Must be have proof of completing the following requirements with an accredited institution:
o Lifeguarding & First Aid
o CPR/AED
Must be able to rescue swimmers at risk of drowning
Strong interpersonal skills
Additional responsibilities include:
Monitor activities at pool to prevent accidents
Caution swimmers on unsafe practices
Enforce pool rules and regulations
Clean pool and restrooms
Check pool chemistry using water testing kit and record readings
Administer First Aid as needed
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Hours & Rate of Pay:
Approximately 32-40 hours per week
Salary commensurate with experience
