We are a fast paced apparel decorating company. 2 locations. I am looking for a very hands on production/ executive assistant. Someone who can help with Quality control and help overseeing all aspects of production. You would report to the COO directly.
Duties would include checking paperwork against production, helping with customers, emails, proofs, following up with clients. Approving orders and more. Learn our business. This is a growth position.
You must have a valid license.
You must be able to read and write English
Spanish as a second language is helpful
You must be able to do some overtime as needed.
I need someone with a pleasant disposition.
Knowledge of excel would also be helpful
