Real estate law firm is in need of a real estate attorney. The position will include working on all aspects of residential purchases and sales of co-ops, condos, single and multi-family homes/townhouses/mixed use properties and new developments. Extensive client and broker contact, both by phone and email. One must be responsive and possess good communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to communicate with real estate brokers, loan officers and colleagues throughout the industry. The firm has a very congenial and team atmosphere and therefore, it would be a great opportunity to enjoy working together with your colleagues.
