Plumbing and drain cleaning company is hiring for a part time (appx 27 hrs/week) dispatcher/clerical position. This position is located in our office in Bayville, NJ. It is NOT a remote position. The position requires dependability, communicating with customers, other office staff, and technicians by telephone and e-mail. We are looking for someone with a friendly and courteous disposition to provide professional communication when dealing with our customers. Key qualification and skills required: ability to handle a fast-paced environment, ability to handle multiple phone lines (inbound and outbound), data entry, well organized, detail oriented, great communication skills, and the ability to anticipate change and respond well. Dependability is a must!
