Looking for someone professional who is willing to perform the following tasks.
Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls
Transferring a caller to a staff member’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
Capable of taking and retrieving messages for various personnel
Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming sales leads and email
Open and close reception area
Professional appearance, customer service driven, and punctual
Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Mail
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to copying, faxing, mailing, preparing literature
packets for sales staff, and updating spreadsheets.
Hours vary between 25-35 hours per week (hours include at least one weekend day)
