CPA Firm Seeking a Full Time Office Manager for our Lakewood Office Location
Job is Temp to Perm
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering Phones
Greeting Clients
Making Appointments
Mailings
Scanning Tax Documents
Packaging Tax Returns
Daily Upkeep of the Office
Billings
Managing Interns
Communicating with other administrative staff in other office locations
Must have prior office/reception experience.
Computer skills (IE Microsoft Office) are mandatory
